Temporary Warehouse Building Hire - Chiltern Cold Storage Group

Chiltern, a cold storage and distribution company based in Peterborough, urgently needed extra space as their own on-site storage was under pressure.

Smart-Space were able to supply an insulated temporary building and had a facility installed and ready for use within four days.

As Chiltern continued to grow, a second facility was required. Once again, Smart-space responded quickly and provided a solution to their space problem with a second insulated temporary building.

They reacted to our need, were practical and cost effective, came up with a solution and within 4 days we had a building up and running for our use.

We were impressed by the flexibility and speed of response by Tony Hunt and his team, in particular Jason Lynock, who got on the case, sourced the building and got behind the installation team to ensure that our needs were met.

Such was the continuing pace of growth that by September 2008 Chiltern needed a second facility.

Without hesitation, we contacted Jason at Portable Venues and put him to the test once again. The response was equally as swift and immediately another space problem was solved.

Chiltern have now outgrown the current site and have decided to lease buildings for ambient storage nearby, so as a consequence the two Portable Venues buildings will now be de-hired.

We are very grateful to Portable Venues for coming to our rescue with timely cost effective solutions to match our needs.

Everyone from Portable Venues was very helpful and practical, got their sleeves rolled up and got on with the job.

We have enjoyed working with them, encouraged by the experience and we will be somewhat sad to break this tie.
