Acela originally came to us with a re-locatable temporary building in mind, but due to the sensitive nature of their products (lighters) they opted for a HYBRID building because their insurers and the Building Control Department insisted upon one hour fire rated panels.

This was achieved by supplying 80mm roof and wall cladding in Olive green as well as achieving the Building Regulation Part L2 regulation.

Acela bought this building because they had been renting a unit off-site and as the lease expired, they decided to have a new building built at their premises to consolidate and reduce their costs.
